Crowd-Funded Hawaii Cider Company To Open In August
Hawaii Cider successfully crowd-funded their endeavor and now will work to open their doors officially this August. The Cider Co promises to use locally grown fruits for their ciders, think dragon fruit, white pineapple, and lychee ciders.
While we're all about beer, you can't deny the place ciders have in the craft industry, especially when it's by someone so interested in supporting local businesses to make the best products they can. Hawai’i Cider Company is Hawai’i’s first locally sourced and locally produced cider company. and only the 2nd business in the state to acquire a Class 18 Liquor License, which allows them to produce brews, wines and spirits.
