New Episode: Red & White from Dogfish Head Craft Brewery
This week we are joined again by "Ben the poet" from Florida Brew Tours to go over this gem – an oak-aged Belgian-style witbier fermented with Pinot Noir juice from Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, that as Ben says tastes like "a breezy evening after you've just had a great meal." Listen now.
This beer is a 10% ABV witbier with 35 IBUs, so for being a easy-drinker it packs quite a punch. Red & White is an amazing example of what happens when brewers don't hold themselves down by "convention" and "the path commonly taken." This is an example of what happens when you say, beer is good, wine is good, let's see if they'll be even better combined.
So if you're up for a little adventure, check out this beer, you will not be disappointed.
