As we begin our own homebrewing adventure, we sit down with a veteran homebrewer named Marty – his beer is as good you'd imagine riding a hoverboard would be, and his setup is definitely something out of science fiction. Listen now.

We get the lo-down from Marty on everything from how to get started, best practices and his tips on how to make the best beer possible. Not to mention the troubles he's had making the transition from brewing in Michigan where keeping beer cool is significantly easier than down here in Florida where 9 months of the year we don't get below 80 and for 5 of those it's above 90 on the regular.
