New Episode: Heady Topper from Alchemist Brewing
A beer that needs no introduction. A beer so sought after it might as well be liquid gold. A beer that reigned supreme as number 1 on ratebeer. We're talking of course about Heady Topper. The Imperial IPA that you can't get unless you travel up to Alchemist in Vermont and wait to get your hands on it.
This week Ben manages to get his hands on one and is kind enough to share it with Jon and Geo both. This Imperial IPA has a kick with 8% ABV and 120 IBUs, but it worth it for all the flavor packed into the slim can. And for you hopheads out there, Alchemist is the brewery for you and is definitely worth the trip up to Vermont. They are dedicated to unfiltered IPAs so you know they know what they're doing.
Sit back and laugh at what happens when 3 grown men and a baby try to savor a beer that none of them expected to have ever, let alone for the second time.
